Who we are

SellerSubmit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a property photo submission platform used by real estate professionals to collect photos and information from home sellers. Our service is operated at app.sellersubmit.com. Questions? Email us at hello@sellersubmit.com.

What we collect

When you submit photos through our platform, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your property address
• Photos and videos of your property
• Notes or comments you provide about your property
• Basic usage data (device type, browser, IP address) for security and troubleshooting

If you are a real estate professional signing up for a paid plan, we also collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe. We never store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the photo submission service
• To share your submitted photos and property details with the real estate agent or brokerage who invited you
• To run automated quality checks on photos using Google Cloud Vision
• To send you transactional emails (submission confirmation, session links) via Resend
• To detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or data for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your photos and property information are stored in Supabase, a cloud database and storage provider with servers located in the United States. Photo quality analysis is performed using Google Cloud Vision. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. All three providers maintain industry-standard security certifications.

How long we keep your data

Submitted photos and property data are retained for as long as your real estate agent’s account is active, or until you request deletion. Incomplete submission sessions expire automatically after 14 days.

Your rights

You may request at any time that we:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal data
• Provide a copy of your data in a portable format

Cookies and tracking

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in during your photo submission. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising cookies.

Children’s privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
